Someone from Aftercare.com will contact you as soon as you sign up and get your cards and survey set up and send you a proof. You will approve them before anything is mailed to your families.
Yes, you can have as many as you would like. You can have one signature(s) that goes out on all cards or you can have the signature of the funeral director that served each family.
The surveys all come back to the Survey Response Center and they are scanned and uploaded to your account. You will receive an email notifying you that a new survey has been received.
Yes, you can enroll families going back as far as you'd like. If a death has occurred more than a month ago we would eliminate the sympathy card and just send the other cards and survey.
Absolutely. When logged into your account you can see every family enrolled, when each card was sent or is scheduled to be sent. Additionally, every month you will receive an Aftercare Activity Report that tells you everything that happened on your account in the previous month.
